CharterDXB arranges private jet charters, helicopter transfers, yacht rentals, luxury vehicle hire, and related concierge services. We act as an intermediary between clients and licensed operators unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.
Bookings & Quotes
Quotes provided through our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp are subject to availability and final operator confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation and any required deposit or payment has been processed.
Payments
Payment terms, deposits, and balances due will be communicated at the time of booking. Prices may vary based on aircraft, vessel, or vehicle availability, routing, dates, and additional services requested.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies depend on the service type and operator terms. Specific cancellation and refund conditions will be provided with your booking confirmation. Please contact our concierge team as early as possible if you need to change or cancel a reservation.
